Pause for now. Or delete with time to reconsider.

Your SafarSang account can be paused without losing data, or scheduled for permanent deletion with a 30-day recovery period.

Use the in-app flow whenever possible. Finish or cancel an active journey before pausing or requesting deletion.

Pause your account

  1. Open SafarSang and sign in.
  2. Open Profile, then Privacy & Terms.
  3. Choose Pause account and confirm.

Journey features and Trusted Circle notifications stop while paused. Your server data remains stored. Sign in again to resume.

Schedule permanent deletion

Step 1

Open Profile

Sign in, open Profile, and go to Privacy & Terms.

Step 2

Request deletion

Choose Delete account, review both confirmations, and submit.

Step 3

30-day recovery

Your account locks immediately and deletion is scheduled 30 days later.

Cancel pending deletion

Sign in before the displayed deadline and choose Cancel deletion and restore. Your account returns to active status. You may need to enable notifications again on your device.

What permanent deletion removes

After the recovery period, SafarSang permanently removes your account, associated sign-in identity, journeys, journey events and evidence, server-saved places, Trusted Circle relationships, alerts, and registered push devices. This cannot be undone.

For up to seven additional days, only a one-way digest of the former account identifier may remain to stop an older session from recreating data. It cannot restore your account and is automatically removed.

Cannot access the app?

Email safarsang.support@zuggus.com from the address linked to your account with subject “SafarSang account deletion help.” Never send a password, access token, or OAuth code. We may ask you to verify ownership.
